ACCESSCALL SOLUTIONS INC. receives calls to its Philippine contact centers over a redundant and fiber optic network. Its local loop enjoys full fiber optic connectivity in both the Philippines and the United States and maintains high broadband width copper back-up links and layers of redundancy over diverse sub-sea cable system. We can transport voice and data communications over fiber networks at the speed of light. Thus, our services are comparable to those of the US-based contact centers but at much lesser costs thus improving margins for our global customers. Capacity

he center has a state-of-the-art facility in the present building; the floor is approximately 800 sq. meter (8000 sq. ft.) space that is capable of supporting up to 160 agent-seats and over 450 agents in multiple shifts.
